Fashion How to wear Shorts and Backpacks | Chic Summer Outfit

The only thing that helps me in keeping my Sanity this summers is living in shorts and tight rolling my  tees . Maybe its the airy feeling they evoke, and for this reason, I don't mind putting my hand through my Hubs closet, and dig out some Oversized tees like these ! This bagpack is the most revolutionary addition to my closet.It is an accessory in a timeless style, a statement piece  and not just this seasons Fad..And with a  basic color like this which would always resurface, I wonder why I am late in hopping the fashion wagon.I love it when fashion takes a turn and makes a full circle, which makes me believe that nothing is off limits. I wish that life's cyclical nature could hold true and one day I should be able to live the magical aesthetic nostalgia of old friendships , which seems lost as of now.

It was a perfect rainy day, gloomy with  lil showers , and it was time to make it bright on the outside. After the bundled up winters bygone , I was itching to show some legs and create a perfect summer spring board look. A leggy pair of shorts surprises everyone especially when topped with something too casual like a cropped tee, which brings bold boudoir dressing outside the bedroom, and meets matchy -matchy  head-to-toe color. I felt that this outfit exudes a casual confidence in an irresistible way. Dressed up in my black transparent dior inspired pumps, I like it when it has that "Je nai sais Quoi"(french for "indefinable vibe") and the vintage accessories being put on a high coz they have an evergreen fashion history . I could wear this outfit to a happy hour stroll (reminiscing Bangkok streets ) and then can go take a nap in these ! This outfit is a wardrobe staple for anyone at any age and now I can't wait to experiment and convert this rocker chic look to something more sassy for the night. stay tuned :)

Fashion Trends | Color Block Dress

I haven't experimented with stereotypical  color-combination(subtly done )  coz in my head they would warrant some humiliation and allow friends to hiss fun and start giving names to the color combos; Despite the fact that color-blocking is one trend which is easy to assimilate and we can re-use the same wardrobe too(which is completely my forte). Right now its the season to block out some inhibitions and master the act of concealing some areas while highlighting our best and the end result can be fabulously flattering ! 
I worked mixing two colors from the same family-fluro green + emerald coz I kinda already love greens and it was a good idea to build the look keeping the favorites in mind . Moreover to whittle down the rebel flavor , I toned it more with my neutral pumps and replenished it with aviators and let the each color stand out by whispering rather than shouting for a much deserved second glance !

Vans Shoes asked me to try out something from their new collection, and since there is nothing like enough shoes I decided to observe some abstinence in shopping for myself and have a peek at the men collection this time and asked Mr. Hubs  (to make an appearance ) and do a guest post on the blog !
