Majestic Delhi- An OOTD

A Rainy day in Delhi, always makes us wanna reach out for our car keys and go for a long drive !  A Car Nirvana at its best.While crossing the India Gate area,I  was stunned by the beauty of the whole place ! It was a Splendid Scene ! We parked the car,and decided to pay a visit to the Presidential House ... Lush greenery ,flowers dancing merry in the drizzle, wet roads and a breathtaking view of India Gate from the top, only beckoned us to spend some time there and indulge in the elements of Spring !  I never explored and enjoyed our dear capital the way I did that day ! Sure,This weather Peps up your love hormones,but is a Dampener for the photographer to click in low visibility condition. But as Hubs say, the best part in the photograph is me,rest everything is Incidental( i think must be from the hangover of Valentine's Day ..lol) But, On a serious note, any outfit may look absolutely dazzling in a showroom,but will it be a head turner on the streets/event ? Hence at times I refrain from using my pro camera,and stick to amateur digital,like in this one.

Meet the Santa- My Christmas Eve outfit

How was ur'all Christmas celebrations ? I didn't do much, just a quiet dinner with few close friends,and that was all about Christmas Eve for me ! Also not to forget  making of personalized gifts for few kids ! After all for them ,Christmas is only about Santa coming to town,and fulfilling their year's long wishlist ! This was what Santa( tired,hungry and bored ) wore on the Eve,when all I could think was How to please the little tinkers around me !! As for the outfit, it was one of my jeans and shirt days ! The funniest thing I've found is that I can spend hours and hours getting ready to go out, but sometimes the most attractive thing is a gal in a pair of nice jeans and shirt. We just need to get bit crazy and , throw on our favorite jeans, some shoes, and  a shirt, and let few accessories make all that difference, after all its time we make our own rules ? What say?

Mood swings is a common phenomena Delhi people are witnessing right now,(at least people around me ) and definitely I am one from the lot ! My mood and the weather graph has been going hand in hand n it lifts considerably when the weather is good and drops badly when the weather is gloomy ! And strangely though I just read an article which explains a research that countries which are blessed (if that’s the right word) with bad weather on a regular basis should be more intelligent than those where the sun shines all-year-round as people recall three times much more information on days when their are grey skies than the days when the sun is shining ! Now that's one of a bizarre research I have come across lately? Just a pondering thought , does that mean we should only study on gloomy days ?? If u are aware , Delhi's gloomy weather is a trending topic too on twitter,thanks to all the pollution which has made our skies smoggy, And it doesn't seem too much of a stretch to suggest that this massive pollution might set off its own chain reaction ! Hence PLS DO NOT LIGHT  FIRE CRACKERS this Diwali (biggest Indian festival) !!! And this fog better rest by Saturday, because there are festivities and outdoor pictures to take . So just Hang in here!

Studs and Beads- OOTD and Goa Diaries

Goa always bring back old memories to me !  Lush greenery, Quiet city, Rainy beaches, definitely pepped me up and charged my spirits for months to come ! Their is a different feeling to experience Goa during monsoons while the sun plays hide and seek leaving you with controllable tan and less damages !

After my two days stay at Raddison, we moved to Leela, One of the best resort in south goa, having a private beach, rooms overlooking the lagoons and bustling riverfront fishing village nearby.. trust me You'll never want to come back !

 Sporting my denim studded jacket with my cotton dress wangled(the original buyer decided to attend a call at that crucial time and i took advantage of the moment) from fashion street, was ideal to wear on a rainy day ! Had best time getting shots amidst the patter, while I had full intentions of getting soaked up more than getting any outfit pictures ! This look is also one of my fling to look bohemian but in a mellowed form coz for me its not something I want to roll about in a full fledged manifestation !!
