Another stereotype month is here . Its called the love month , well at least it's beginning to look like one. With my mail box being flooded everyday on makeup and style tips, for Valentines, to ways on how to sweep your spouse off their feet with gifts and flowers.

What's up with all the budding designers suddenly launching the entire collection in a whole new colour palette RED?? Dude Srsly ??

I can see the clever ones still blending their collection around the pantone colour of 2016, which is Rose Quartz ,(thankfully same colour family as the acceptable dress to wear for Valentines) and calling it the IT colour for Valentine. There is everything available in the market, to fill the holes in your life, coz its Valentine baby.

In today's fashion world, anything sells. We have become more social. If we don't have occasions to celebrate, we create them. If we can't create one, we have a term called weekend dressing. Hats off to those who dress up effortlessly when down with flu, or when you are feeling under the weather.

Seems like everything responds to fashion. Would be unfair if I didn't . Hence for the love of everything Lovey dovey , here I am wearing Red- "Colour Of Love"( quote stolen from one of the PR mails ) and this Love necklace to sync around the whole theme. Reversed the Love necklace and wore it to see how the letters looked written backwards or whether Love can trick the eye ?

The Phone cover is from The Souled Store. The letters translates as - Son, You will not amount to anything . Fringes are back in Vogue. On shoes, On Belt, on Bags, On Accessories, On clothes, peeps you just gotta look around on Pinterest ! It has transformed from an all Bohemian or western or a Pop star interpretation and can be Juxtaposed with Sensual Silhouettes now! Who knows, it might get just as big as the crop top trend, and ladies before you know it, this bitch called fashion just throw us back to an era we just may dread -THE 80's . ~~Fashion~~ Trends are a bit late when we talk about India. Its a snail approach. And I just don't say that for the heck of it , I have proof. I saw Fringe working its way through , two years back flooded in abundance in Bangkok malls. Though It has yet to hit the racks of the most prominently shopped brands in India . The collection is not that immense I say.

Come close and I'll talk about the most run of the mill style -crop tops scenario in India ! Like everywhere, even my neighborhood street shops have them ! From have nots they are the new Try Ons ! I can't really say, but sense that we would be pretty on top of this Fringe thingy too and you would be crushing on them hard and before we know it we gals would be fringing our closets to glory and saying-- Aloha !!

Mothers day should be celebrated everyday and not just on a dedicated day that we decide to shower words which are as melodious as a lullaby ! You know my sentiments about Valentine days and it holds true for mother's day too ! I kinda faked to my 7 yr old that I had forgotten which day it was and I tell you that its these uncoaxed , unrehearsed affection bursting out from lil kids which becomes the greatest memory note ! My daughter made me the sweetest card with things outta a wishlist(mostly jewelry) and some stuff which I am too possessed about(fashion wise) like my Michael kors tote ! There was a supermom costume which apparently gave me some insight on how my future is gonna be like since it involved a big time presence of wings and a cape , very Spy kids but true, and which also incidentally bore some resemblance to mothers day Google doodle page with moms in capes ! She made this card days before and I can safely say that I intend to keep all the copyrights lol :) You can Check the card photos on my Facebook page.
It was a day off as in truly off- peace and quiet ! We went out for lunch and shopping and these Swarovski earrings were a gift keeping the occasion in mind. On the way back, after my dress was crumpled from every possible corner, we decided to further ode it to the celebration and call it a day :)
