Tee Game Strong

For my  Christmas look, get me some funky tees, so that I can hop on the boat of expressing myself in modern fashion, in all kind of frippery to roll out most of the onlookers who could be breathing on air of discipline {(of course not on the floor laughing ,( seriously some people do that ?? ) }
This season get me a good leather jacket for my persuasive endeavours to look like I am all set for grunge . Also get me some statement jewellery to match on to look the part.
Get me leather boots,counterpointing dark lips so that it looks like that the force is with me.

It'S cold and all sort of  layers have been shaping my wardrobe. The force awakens and fashion has beckoned the zeitgeist and the beanie is about to be embraced.Of course these pics were shot way before, when we knew a little about the sunlight too. And as I fill in the rest of the space,I can clearly see my windows fogging, and hubby switching the heating devices, and the steam from my cup of green tea is settling on my laptop screen.
Its time when my palms would need a little rubbing, already started to feel the numbness on my hands , and before I laze around and postpone this post to be published tomorrow, let me just hope that Santa showers whatever you need this year to complete your style circle and that you stay merry all throughout the coming party season and make the most of whatever is left of 2015.

Inspired By Asus Zenfone #Zenlook | Mint on Mint

I love deriving inspirations from various channels and then coming up with my own version of looks, check here and here . Today's outfit draws its inspiration from technology - Asus Zenfone to be precise . 

Asus is running a campaign on its Facebook page, where all one has to do is, create a zenfone back case , design ,play around within the app and then submit while keeping the fingers crossed.You may just get lucky and win a Zenfone or better still, your design could be selected  and printed as a limited edition Zenfone 2 case !!

Kim Jones - Brand ambassador of  Asus global launched the Zenlook campaign .  travelled to Asia's most iconic locations and her moods pretty much, submerging in the flavour of  her travels snapped the most traditional locations with her Zenfone 2 accessory of the season. 

Her,style, her looks  and her  mood reflects in the new Incredible Catwalk series as seen on the Asus India Facebook page.

If your  go-to answer to what to wear is always “jeans and a cute top,”  then my Zen look could spice things up for both day and night. 

I wanted the whole outfit to be a little stand alone , at the same time still  look polished, and prove mean business.

I incorporated  vivid colours like mint, or lets say mint on mint, with a slight dash of pink and of course Red,inspired by  Zenfone - Fusion Series -Rose Red . 

The maintained  common colour theme kept the look cohesive, and Red is always sexy right ? The look has a certain amount of elegance, at the same time, it could easily be a great switch for lightening up when I am off the clock. Put on my sharpest glasses , and finished up with pointy toe pumps, which if you want to interpret, are clearly an ode to serial candy crush players, coz I believe in always giving a boost to my accessories too sometimes !!

Brand Spotlight : Pretty Secrets.Com

Summers are here, and that means two things - a) Another season of fashion week beginning this week, and b)  Dresses after a long time- Yayy to both.

Me for all ,had been most impatient to wear dresses , after running around in the icy for what it seemed like the longest winters I endured, and it was then that the lovely people at pretty secrets had this #prettycolored dress, which just recently became my Home-Run Jam .

Its something that I could wear in full rotation with a lovely lace patterned neck , and delivering the right dose of downtown chic while testing the waters of an open Back  without being too elaborate.

It even gives my curves a Va-va -voom :0

Also Got this pretty Lingerie pieces. The sports bra has a great fit and comfort, and the fabric wicks away the moisture, but would suggest you go in a for a size smaller than you you usually are, coz they might run a bit large for your frame, no matter what size you are. I am literally wearing them everyday, and I donno about you all, But sure there are times when one should definitely not be wearing one, but then there are times, when its all you might need, ( I am the latter)

Lookbook : Peplum | Holograms | Singapore Travel diaries

We took these pictures while in Singapore. There was this lane right outside my hotel(Novotel, Singapore) and every time I passed the porch,  I just couldn't help but notice these Candy colored houses, and decided that I had to include these in at least one of my posts. This edible looking pastel colored buildings are the rear side of the most happening bars and restaurants in Clark Quay. Come past 7 in the evening, and am sure the music is swaying enough to make you wanna enter this lane pronto. I loved the life, the energy of this place, and I always wanted to rush back and just grab a beer, and soak in the culture.
Though we stayed there for 5 nights, and had so much planned and things- to- do stuff, but all was lost and forgotten coz we were pretty busy in  beating the hell outta nightlife, and this is reason enough which would bring me back to this place again.
This is probably the one out of two Peplum tops I own, and if you ask me straight and point, I would advise that  owning more than two peplum pieces is a complete don't hood.Every girl should make the right kind of investment in these faux body shapers, but its also important, to find out the right fit and cut. Figure a curvy , retro Silhouette you are dying to wear for your next date, Peplums could be the best pick rather I would say that it is the best staple to be hanging around your closet.
I loved the Faux Red motifs of flower bush against the  white Canvas and decide to pair them with white pants to keep all the focus on the blouse.... kept it Simple,Straight on top and Even swept my hair in a twisty braid to keep things out of the way.

Pastel Punch | Fashion How to Wear Pastel Trend

I picture Pastels with everything Fondant and Sugary and then the whole color talk becomes more of edible than being fashionable ! I was waiting to put together my new Pastel Prada SS'14 bag(my most viewed pin), and introduce it modestly to this seasons in-demand hues. These Mint Sunnies are a recent buy from HM , and were just the right pick to get a Neopolitan Ice-cream look, and the rest of the Canvas was better put to white (they work the best this way) ! 

A great way to start wearing pastels is through the accents and when it comes to wearing this newly defined palette of noticeable colors, anyone can do it.One just have to choose the shade that works well, and then add a bit of extra drama. I thought it would be more dramatic to add a punch of sherbet something to my neck and brought about my lost and found necklace (I talked about here) before walking out that door .
