How to Wear Skirt in Winters- Fall Fashion

Cuddling on the couch with lots of  hot chocolate and mulled wine ,and movie marathons seems just perfect for winters right?  At the same time, we say hello to fuzzy boots n  Scarves and Mittens and Hats--Oh My !! What I really do Not understand or I want to get it correct is that why some girls still show affection to those tanks and shorts?  It was just yesterday that I spotted a bunch of  girls summer obsessed freaks dressed  in their summer shorts and sleeveless tanks(outdoors) while I  was all bundled up in a stole over this outfit ! WHAT is going on with all these sleeveless dresses in Delhi Novembers ? That's a tall order, but girls refrain from doing all that - Brrr- It's Cold .. Instead we should all see this summer weather gear with a fresh set of eyes and a heavy dose of winters trends that's it ! Getting noticed doesn't necessarily mean pulling out all the stops. Pls go ahead n winterize those shorts n dresses  and at least stay warm, unless you have some really glowing Calves which you wanna flaunt- WORD !!

Life At The Moment

Guys ! I am living a boring phase of life right now !  I'm waking up, I'm getting to work and then sleep. Apart from being boring and doing lesser things that amused me once upon a time..  I feel that ,am already over my interesting to-do things and need something new to look upon:(
Glancing back at my life, I think I need a new hobby ! I don't wanna strike  as somebody who just wants to Whine, but someday I really do wish that a bunch of cool and interesting people just knock on my door ,Walk into my house and start dancing !
Shopping is not making me excited any more. Or to paraphrase it, it lasts till the swipe of the card ! Nothing interesting to read(or at least if there is I can't grab that right now ) , The Lord of rings Harry potter,and Superman Marathons on television, are putting me off to sleep;  Big Boss 7 has  failed to impress me,and I find myself taking short naps in midst of it; Weekends are dead since my hubs is away ! My girls are travelling and most are busy experiencing their new found mother hood; I just came back from a holiday- Broke and Bankrupt(things Bangkok can do to u )  and even if I plan on another one to kill my boredom, there would be no-one to accompany me ....Phew,  think I can go on.....
So what all do u do  what do you think I should do, to kill this BORING-LIFE-PHRASE-SYNDROME? Suggestions anyone ?

Black And White Stripe Trend With Many Shades Of Green

I have done multitude posts on how to achieve the black and white look. See here, here and here.
Went a bit trendy today  with a b/w theme for the weekend. 
Honestly speaking I have seen a lot of women doing this trend too on the streets of Delhi, which really left me with overboard kinda feeling (either they are drowned badly or the boldness doesn't stand out) , but then there is one thing I learnt about stripes- That it can either work or not work for you, and the key is to keep the look individually distinct and not just to duplicate what others have already done. Its always easy to copy and get the look, but the catch is in adding your own  seasoning to the bland Salt and Pepper ! 
This is how I teased out, yet again this seasons black n white stripe trend by adding the color green  in different  hints to my whole look to get a stimulating yet a  relaxed silhouette .
Stripes are a  bit eccentric , you either love 'em or hate 'em. What's your stripe story ?
