Hemant And Nandita's  Bold and daring Outerwear was breathtaking. Ticking off one of the key trends to look forward to( printed jackets) this Autumn Winter. Hemant and Nandita brought some wild leaves and thick intertwined branches to the collection.
Printed trenches, sophisticated embroideries, brushed wool and jacquard fabrics in deep reds, and earthy tones, were the highlights.
 The silhouettes were kept romantic, and neckline plunged into V, the shoulders were droopy yet relaxed totally true to the enchantress spirit.
The Lace-up sandals synced well with all the looks and embraced the darkness of the forest. We all Reminisced little bit of  Autumn with the  colour of the trees and leaves well depicted on the clothes.

Trending Laser Cuts

Gaurav Gupta made sure that this time his collection left minimal carbon footprints. The consumers awareness about sustainable fabrics gets bandied around. Keeping that in mind Gaurav's collection had gowns carved out of zero waste, and the entire width of the fabric being draped in one single garment, hence recycling what already was there. The collection was apt to be worn for a sensuous evening affair, or as Gaurav says - "Dark Midnight "

From flaming oranges, Blazing blues,Ash Grey, Absolute black, Coal deep fire are absolute Autumn colours to watch out for.

The cocktail gowns were cut sleek and the laser cuts  boasted of impeccable craftsmanship. The evening wear presented was fresh and whimsical . Indeed it was a dazzling spectacle of  transcendent  creation.  

The dresses boasted of use of less Opulent  but more practical fabric. Neoprene, to smart jerseys, to silks were instrumental in lending the collection its structured silhouettes .

Trending -Bell sleeves  and Fur details

Dhruv Kapoor faux fur, leather culottes and all things geeky had me all excited. Of all the designers he was the only few among the lot, to truly flavour Autumn winter on the ramp. There were leather dresses with beaded embroidery ,woollen skirts, hakoba embroidered edges, metallics were huge, and interesting fur patches on the woolen coats.
I loved the way faux fur was played in different proportions. Another thing to notice was interesting sleeve details , which makes it totally official to take these theatrical sleeves to the next level.It was sexy without looking overboard, fresh and re-interpreted.  The autumnal shades were layered typically well while trenches took the center stage . The signature dhruv kapoor dresses also had a fresh and modern intake and together with combat boots they brought a great infusion to sports luxe too.
