Sunday 28 February 2016 / , , , , , , ,

What do you look for in an Indian wear while shopping ? Prints, lengths, styles, material silhouettes, fabric and the list goes on. Besides all these pointers, would you like to know  what I also keep in mind before laying my hands on that perfect Indian kurta or salwar kameez?
Before I put that piece of cloth in my shopping bag, I would like to know what story it would tell, and what expression it would let me exercise and how I can really make a statement with the piece ? Yes the last word- Statement.
How about if I tell you, that if there is an iota of a chance that our brain cells kind of think along the same line, then let be the first one to break to you, that your search has just ended the minute I reveal along these lines the fresh new SS16 collection of one of the top Indian Wear brand BIBA. Of course we have heard the name before .Our footsteps have wandered a thousand times inside and outside of  plenty of Biba outlets spread across India, sometimes with bags full of shopping and sometimes when we were just window hailing the clothes.
This season you are just in time for Holi and Spring bloom, and has a lot to answer everyone's sartorial fetish in a language of colours RevitalizedRefreshed and Ready to wallow in your interest .

If you mostly wear Indian wear to work, or for everyday use , or those family functions where the need of the hour demands you to wear just EthnicBiba's new collection makes sure that not only you stand out but the hours devoted to finding that exclusive match , (u know mixing and matching our Kurtas with dupattas etc) diminish, by bringing an end to aimless shopping and offering designs and styles in accord to the current trends .
Here's a glimpse of the beautiful collection from BIBA and a few of my favourite pieces which I am currently eyeing  resonating with my Sartorial choices.
Also I have laid down the options and played a little stylist into mixing and matching the new Kurtas and created a few shoppable looks which can be  bought and teamed as it is.

Besides a whole new world of Kurtas, Biba takes a Giant leap into a new world of Asymmetric Kurtas. After Geometry this is one trend  which has taken Indian wear by a storm. Look at the pretty colours. Lovely turquoise, and magnificent reds , from vintage prints to the cuts at the right places, everything is just perfect and a must have this spring.
In addition there are a few custom styles from the maestro designer - Rohit Bal . Rest assured he weaves magic when it comes to Indian Luxe wearRohit Bal for Biba collection, gives an excellent cream of styles which are not only opulent, but specially curated still leveling the price factor hence making it more affordable to invest, which makes me put an end to my visits to my nearby boutiques.
