Asus launches Latest Zen Phone and Zen pad models At Zen Festival -New Delhi

Recently all The Delhi Walas , and the media was kept a-buzzed, awaited, and Pre-overwhelmed when we got the first Save the date mail for the most upcoming launch by Asus at the biggest mobile festival early August. It was the Zen Festival.

The contents, details, were better un-disclosed coz what happened later, was imaginably captivating since a lot of things came as a surprise. It was extravagant , but nothing which we didn't like, especially when Sonakshi Sinha helped us master the art of taking selfies on-stage(more on that later)

The goal was to launch - ZenFone 2 Deluxe, ZenFone Selfie, ZenFone 2 Laser, ZenPad 7.0 and ZenPad  8.0, and worldwide launch of ZenFone Max.

There was an uplifting performance by flying drummers, and their aerial acts were super duper interesting.

The Emcee Cyrus Sahukar , was at his witty best, and kept the flow of whole event to a watered  -down form. He was spontaneous and literally kept everyone on the edge of their seats .

Later the stage was taken over by Asus Chairman Jonney Shih who made several announcements of the new launches from the Zen phone and Zen Pad families.
He said “These brand-new innovations are each an empowering luxury that strikes the perfect balance of beauty, functionality and performance, and offers Indian consumers a premium user experience tailored to their individual mobile needs.”

India seemingly has embraced the Zen phone and Zen pad with much enthusiasm. It was visible in the amount of Zen fans which turned out at the Zen festival.

Mr. Jonney seemed to be thrilled about the fact and that India has been a resourceful market with already a lot of users.
Like any good business people , they were concerned about the bottom line.

The first among the launch was Zen Phone 2 Deluxe- All the Zen phones were compared with iphone 6 plus to give us an comparative idea.

Among all these launches I was super impressed with the Zen Phone Selfie - Sonakshi Sinha took over the stage to demonstrate her love for selfies.

The Zen Phone Selfie-See the Perfect You  (My personalfavourite) has a dua l13MP PixelMaster cameras, dual-color, dual-LED Real Tone flash both front and rear, plus laser auto-focus for ultra-fast shots with complete clarity. We saw some super comparative on low light selfies, and the difference it made to give us the best selfie experience. The best part is that, it has an 5.5 inch Full HD display. In the end , what I felt was that Asus clearly remain committed to keep the prices affordable for all the models  and a great spectacle for its product launches. The massive  "Zen Festival " banners at the launch and a walking "Zennie" helped every common man present there the use of the phones and pad and we all walked away thinking what a great event it was(one the best phone launches I have attended so far )
